İzmir Ödemiş’teki orman yangınına müdahale için giden Zonguldak/Çaycuma Belediyesi İtfaiyesi, Ödemişli küçük Zeynep’in kendilerine verdiği mesajla duygulu anlar yaşadı.
İzmir Ödemiş’te çıkan ve günlerdir devam eden orman yangını ile mücadeleye giden Çaycuma Belediyesi İtfaiyesi görevini başarıyla yerine getirdi. Zonguldak Valiliğinin koordinasyonu ile 4 Temmuz gecesi saat 02.00’de yola çıkan ekip, 10 saatlik yolculuğun ardından olay yerine ulaşarak söndürme çalışmalarına katıldı. Aldığı nöbet görevi sırasında sabaha kadar çeşitli noktalarda meydana gelen yangınlara da müdahale eden ekip, Ödemişli küçük Zeynep Sare Elmalı’dan aldığı mesajla duygulu anlar yaşadı.
“KÜÇÜK BİR KIZIM, BİR ŞEY YAPAMIYORUM AMA DUA EDİYORUM”
Nöbet tuttukları sırada, ailesiyle birlikte itfaiye personelinin yanına gelen küçük Zeynep, altına alev toplarına su sıkan bir itfaiyeci resmi de çizdiği bir kâğıdı ekibe verdi. Nottaki, “Merhaba, ben küçük bir kızım. Siz bu yangını söndürene kadar biz sizin yanındayız. Ben küçük olabilirim, size bir şey yapamıyorum ama sadece dua edebiliyorum. Bu arada benin adım: Zeynep Sare Elmalı. İyi ki varsınız.” ifadeleri personelin duygulanmasına neden oldu.

Küçük Zeynep ve ailesiyle bir süre sohbet edip hatıra fotoğrafı da çektiren itfaiye ekibi, duyarlılığından dolayı kendisine teşekkür etti.
